• Family Class:
  We can help you bring your close family members to Canada to be with you.  Keep in mind that at the present time, the government of Canada is not allowing you to sponsor you parents.  This may change in the future, but in the meantime, you can apply for a “supervisa” for your parents to come stay with you in Canada.  You can still sponsor your spouses and children.
• Federal Skilled Workers:
  We can assist you in obtaining an immigrant visa to Canada by showing that you have skills that Canada needs.  At the present time, you must have “arranged employment” to be able apply as a skilled worker or you must have completed a PhD program in Canada or be near to completing a PhD program.  In the new year, the Minister of Immigration will be announcing a revised skilled worker program aimed at attracting people qualified in specific occupations and trades that are in demand in Canada.
• Provincial Nominee Program Immigration:
  We may be able to speed up your immigration process by matching you with one of the Provincial Nominee Programs.  If you have an employer that wants to sponsor you for immigration, the federal immigration department is willing to expedite the processing of your immigration application in most cases.
• Investors:
  In July of this year, Canada stopped accepting applications by investors to deal with a large backlog of cases already in the system and to allow the immigration department to redesign the program.  We will keep you informed about any developments with this category.
